Wandering Slowing
by Tian Ye
It has been many years that I have been applying myself earnestly to photography. Nevertheless, as I have taken more and more pictures, I would examine myself wondering why I have taken these photographs. How much meaning do the framed images finally hold? With great effort of mine, will these images open people"s shut heart or even a narrow slit? What"s the significance of these images?

Even after a thousand times of self-pondering, I would still pick up the camera... Fortunately as time passes, one thing seems to become clearer. That is, my heart is throbbing and relaxing every time my shutter is clicked...

Well, this is the way to work. At least, what I have shot is a matter of what"s deep in my mind. After all, it feels good questioning after photographing, while photographing after questioning.
